Adtech® 9295 is a two component structural methacrylate adhesive, designed for the bonding of high strength metal and composite applications.
Adtech® 9295 has been formulated from innovative technology, which enables it to achieve the ultimate balane of mechanical strength and impact resistance whilst still remaining both simple and quick to use.
Adtech® 9295 is very versatile, and can bond a wide variety of substrates without the need for surface primers or conditioners. Typical applications include bonding of metal fasteners into composite parts, bonding of large GRP structures and bonding of dissimilar metals in fabrication applications.
Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits. Carry our surface preparation where required.
Remove the cap from the cartridge and attach the mixer nozzle provided. Insert the cartridge into the applicator, and dispense sufficient adhesive to ensure equal coverage on the substrate to be bonded. Apply adhesive to one surface and assemble components carefully. Clamp if required. Allow the adhesive sufficient time to reach handling strength before moving or unclamping the components.
It is always easier to remove any excess adhesive prior to curing using a suitable cleaner.
Use with proper ventilation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If adhesive gets into eye, keep eye open and rinse thoroughly. Seek medical attention immediately. Keep well out of reach of children.
Adtech® 9295 should be stored in the original containers in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 25°C. In these conditions it has a storage life of at least 12 months

Adtech® 9005 is a fast curing two component structural epoxy adhesive, which cures at room temperature to form a tough, rigid thermoset polymer. Cures in 5 - 10 minutes.
