Instructions for use:

Substrate preparation/priming:

1. Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean and free fromgrease and other contaminants.

General Application:

1. Apply Apollo (A7510) to one surfaceonly. The amount of adhesive will vary according to theporosity/smoothness of both substrates. Recommendedcoat-weight is 80-140g/m².

2. Once the adhesive has been applied, it should be over-misted with water (approximately 10% of water - basedon the adhesive coating weight is the optimum amount- excessive amounts of water should be avoided). Certainsubstrates, such as wood will contain enough moisture tocure the adhesive, however, the open and cure times willbe prolonged.

3. Assemble the substrate and place under pressure within10 minutes of adhesive application.

4. Maintain pressure until the adhesive is sufficiently curedto permit handling of the bonded items (30 minutes).

5. It will take 24 hours for full cure to be achieved andhandling within this period should be kept to a minimum.

NB One of the substrates to be bonded must be porous/permeable.

Application for the edge jointing of SIPs:

1. The adhesive is supplied in a 1 Litre poly bottle for easyapplication straight from the bottle.

2. The nozzle should be cut to a diameter of 5mmx2mm.

3. The adhesive is to be applied along the length of thespline and the SIPs clamped together or nailed until fullycured.
