Aro-Bond® 737 has a very high green strength, excellent final strength and can give excellent adhesion when bonding low surface energy substrates.
Aro-Bond® 737 gives very good flexibility after crosslinking.
Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits.
Aro-Bond® 737 should be used through hot melt application machines which are designed for using reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives. Contact the machine manufacturer to ensure your machine is compatible with this type of adhesive.
Aro-Bond® 737 should be applied in accordance with the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Contact the machine manufacturer for application instructions.
If the machine is not being used for a long period, we would recommend that the parts of the application machinery which are in contact with the adhesive should be cleaned. Contact the sales office for more information.
Aro-Bond® 737 should be stored in the original containers in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 30°C. In these conditions it has a storage life of 12 months. Aro-Bond® 737 is a moisture curing hot melt adhesive so is supplied in moisture proof containers. Storage of this product must always be in moisture resistant packaging.
