Aro-Bond® 744 is an EVA hot melt adhesive for bonding different kinds of edging (PVC, ABS, polyester, laminate, paper, veneer).
Aro-Bond® 744 is applied through automatic edgebanders.
Aro-Bond® 744 can be used for many woodworking applications where a high level of water resistance is required, and has been successfully used for hot and cold pressing applications in the manufacture of windows, doors, cabinets, furniture and surface bonding for laminating applications. Aro-Bond® 744 can also be cured using radio frequency equipment.
Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits.
Aro-Bond® 744 should be used through hot melt application machines which are designed for edgebanding applications. Contact the machine manufacturer to ensure your machine is compatible with this type of adhesive.
Aro-Bond® 744 should be applied in accordance with the machine manufacturer’s instructions. Contact the machine manufacturer for application instructions.
If the machine is not being used for a long period, we would recommend that the parts of the application machinery which are in contact with the adhesive should be cleaned. Contact the sales office for more information.
Aro-Bond® 744 should be stored in the original containers in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 30°C. In these conditions it has a storage life of 24 months.

Aro-Bond® 790 is glue thread which is used to stitch veneers prior to bonding. Compatible with Kuper stitching machines.
Adtech® 9146 is a two component structural methacrylate adhesive, which is used in conjunction with either 1008, 1009 or 1010 activators (slow, medium, fast curing).
Prefere 5278 filled, liquid hardener is used in conjunction with Prefere 4114 resin to give an all day pot life, liquid-liquid, veneering and laminating resin system.
Prefere 5603 is a powder hardener which is mixed with Prefere 4152 and can be used for many wood bonding applications in the furniture and woodworking industry, including veneering, laminating and jointing applications.
