Cladstikk 11 MS Polymer Surface Bonding Adhesive

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Cladstikk® 11 is based on all the latest developments in hybrid polymer technology.

Cladstikk® 11 adhesive is used for bonding PVC and GRP wall cladding panels to walls and for bonding of solid or engineered wooden boards to subfloors.

Cladstikk® 11 can also be used for bonding synthetic grass to jointing tape.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits.

CONSTRUCTION AND WALL CLADDING

Apply the adhesive to the substrate to be bonded. Press the substrates together and then apply adequate pressure with a laminate roller. Allow 24 hours for full cure.

FLOORING APPLICATIONS

Cladstikk 11 can also be used for bonding wood flooring.  For application instructions please contact us.

One 600ml sachet will bond approximately 1.2sqm when applied as directed.

Slight moistening of substrates improves the curing rate and gap filling properties.

Handling and Storage

Clean machines, equipment and tools with white spirit before the adhesive dries.

Cladstikk® 11 should be stored in the original sachets cool, dry conditions between 15°C and 30°C. Ensure good ventilation. In these conditions it has a storage life of 9 months. Storage outside these parameters will dramatically reduce shelf life. Opened sachets must be closed airtight and used up as soon as possible (within 1 month).
