PERMABOND TA437 is a single component structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites and ceramics. The typical fixture time of TA437 when used with Initiator 41 is 20-30 seconds. The fast fixture time of TA437 makes it an ideal adhesive for high speed production lines. When the use of the activator is not desirable, the material will cure anaerobically in a close-fitting joint / in presence of metal, the fixture time will be 5-10 minutes. This product provides high strength, tough, durable bonds with good impact resistance.
Storage Temperature - 5 to 25°C (41 to 77°F)
Surfaces should be clean, dry and grease-free before applying the adhesive. Permabond Cleaner A is recommended for the degreasing of most surfaces. Some metals such as aluminium, copper and its alloys will benefit from light abrasion with emery cloth (or similar), to remove the oxide layer.
1)Surfaces must be clean, dry and grease-free.Apply Initiator 41 to one surface (if using initiator to reduce cure time).
2)Apply adhesive to the other surface.
3)Assemble the components using sufficient force to spread the adhesive thinly. Parts should be bonded immediately and within a maximum of two hours of applying the Initiator.
4)Maintain pressure until handling strength is achieved. The time required will vary according to the joint design, gapand surfaces being bonded.
5)Allow 24 hours for adhesive to fully cure. Accelerated cure times may be achieved by heating.

Permabond TA437 Acrylic Adhesive Safety Data Sheet
Permabond Initiator 41 is used in conjunction with Permabond TA(structural acrylic) adhesives as a no-mix resin and initiator system. Its solvent free formulation allows a long open time if required.
Adtech® 9146 is a two component structural methacrylate adhesive, which is used in conjunction with either 1008, 1009 or 1010 activators (slow, medium, fast curing).
Adtech® 9330 is a non-mix two component structural methacrylate adhesive, which is used in conjunction with 1008, 1009 or 1010 activators and has been developed from low odour non-flammable chemistry.
