
Prefere 5035 is a liquid melamine-urea hardener, which is mixed with Prefere 4535 and is used for many structural and weather resistant bonding applications in the woodworking industry.

Prefere 4535 is a liquid melamine-urea resin adhesive, which is used together with the liquid hardener Prefere 5035 in the manufacture of glued laminated timber structures and for finger-jointing.
When the gluing is carried out in accordance with the instructions in this Technical Data Sheet, Prefere 4535 gives water- and weather-proof, gap-filling bonds, conforming to Adhesive Type I of the European standards for adhesives for load-bearing structures (EN 301 and EN 302).
The glue lines are light-coloured and do not darken over time.
Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits.

Prefere 4535 should be mixed with the Prefere 5035 – refer to technical data sheet for correct mixing ratios and application data.
Store in the original containers in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 20°C.
