PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Prefere 5912 is a powder extender which is added to mixes of Prefere 4152 and powder hardener to counteract adhesive penetration through the decorative veneers.
Especially suited to bonding of thin and porous veneers to plywood, blockboard, particleboard, MDF etc. when using multi-daylight presses.
Reduces glue penetration and cost, without affecting bond strengths.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits.
Wood, plywood, laminated plastics should be of uniform thickness.
Prefere 5912 should be mixed with the Prefere 4152 and powder hardener – refer to technical data sheet for correct mixing ratios and application data.
Handling and Storage
Store in the original containers in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 30°C.
