PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The usage rate of the material will be very dependent on the nature of the surface and the method of use and is normally in the range of 2-3 m²/kg.
Flexilon 1103 based mixtures should not be applied to wet surfaces (i.e. surfaces where there are visible signs of moisture) although damp substrates can be treated provided that the material is well brushed into the surface.
Flexilon 1103 can be used after rain when the surface has visibly dried.

Can you use flexilon 1103 on top after a wet pour has been down a couple off years to stop spreading

Hello Ian,
There are a couple of points the technical team would like clarified if you could help please.
Are you wanting to put the primer down on an existing TPV/EPDM surface then lay on top? How long has the surface been down for? Is it in reasonable condition?
