PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
The usage rate of the material will be dependent on the type of rubber and the required speed of cure and is normally in the range of 1-2% of the rubber. The amount of binder used should be reduced by the amount of pre-coat.
Flexilon 1117 should be added to the rubber in the mixer and mixed for 30 seconds before addition of binder.
