PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Turfstikk PU400 is a single component polyurethane based adhesive with high bond strength and high water resistance and is designed for bonding artificial grass.
This professional solvent-free adhesive is suitable for small synthetic turf installations and highly recommended when conducting repair works in artificial turf.
Turfstikk PU400 is dispensed by a cartridge gun for easy and efficient application when seaming or repairing the turf.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Apply adhesive with the manual coating machine (Henko 601) or notched trowel evenly on the suitable seaming tape.
Install floor covering during laying time and rub or press down firmly.
Our 1-component adhesive Turfstikk PU400 is best used between +5°C to +30°C. Moisture will benefit the adhesive and will result in a quicker curing time. Beware of too much moisture, we always advise that the adhesive is tested before using it. This way you can prevent using it in an area with too much moisture, which will harm the quality of the adhesive.
Handling and Storage
Consult Safety Data Sheet prior to use.
Turfstikk PU400 should be stored in the original cartridges in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 25°C. In these conditions it has a storage life of at least 12 months.

Great product, especially used on the foam where we weren’t too sure if it would work. Despite the higher moisture content around the foam it has worked very well.
