Woodstikk UF Filler Extender

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Woodstikk UF Filler Extender is especially suited to being used when bonding thin and porous veneers to plywood, blockboard, particleboard, MDF etc.

By adding Woodstikk UF Filler Extender to the UF Resin mixture, glue penetration is reduced without affecting the bond strengths, thereby reducing production loss and downtime.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Woodstikk UF Extender Filler is used in conjunction with Woodstikk UF Veneering systems.  Substrates to be bonded and mixing instructions of the resin and hardener should be prepared in accordance with the relevant Woodstikk UF Veneering System Technical Data Sheets.

Woodstikk UF Extender Filler should be mixed into the Woodstikk UF Veneering resin and hardener mixture at a mix ratio of up to 40 parts by weight to the resin and hardener mixture. 

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Woodstikk UF Extender Filler should be stored firmly sealed in their original containers in a cool dry place (ideally 5 °C – 20 °C). Shelf life under these conditions is at least 12 months.
