PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Woodstikk® UF Veneering Adhesive systems are used for small assembly, veneering and laminating applications in the timber processing and furniture industry.

This system incorporates a liquid resin and a powder hardener which are mixed together and then applied to the substrates to be bonded.  The Slow Curing Summer grade is ideal for warmer environments or for where a slower cure time is needed.

This system is suitable for use in a variety of assembly applications, and in conjunction with low-voltage or radio-frequency heating, for lipping and edge-banding.

WOODSTIKK UF IS FROM THE PREFERE ADHESIVE RANGE.

SIZES AVAILABLE

  • 3.45 kg kit (25 square metre coverage)
  • 5.75 kg kit (40 square metre coverage)
  • 11.5 kg kit (80 square metre coverage)
  • 28.75 kg kit (200 square metre coverage)

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits.

Wood, plywood, laminated plastics should be of uniform thickness.

The resin should be mixed with the hardener and then applied to the substrate to be bonded.  Refer to technical data sheet for correct mixing ratios and application procedures.

Handling and Storage

Store in the original containers in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 20°C.

The ratio is 100:15 by weight. The data sheets with this information & pressing times are available under the downloads tab.
