At Ureka, we offer a whole spectrum of adhesive technologies. This is not usual in our industry, where most manufacturers deal in just a handful of adhesive types. As a result, we can take a more consultative approach that delivers the right solution — rather than just recommending the best from a limited bunch.

Many manufacturers will only be able to offer you a handful of adhesive types — such as hot melt, acrylic or polyurethane — which means that we often find companies using an adhesive which may give a satisfactory bond, but which is by no means the best fit for their particular process. At Ureka we look at the application through our customer’s eyes, and with unrestricted solutions at our disposal.

The consultation begins with a full audit of the process, either on-site or by phone, after which we present the best options. We also advise on best application methods, as this goes hand-in-hand with the adhesive choice. In fact, outstanding results can sometimes be achieved with a change of application method, rather than a change of adhesive.
